The Bridal Extraordinaire is honored to work alongside the best vendors in the industry by becoming a partner in stylized shoots.

Before we loan out any merchandise, we ask for you to complete our stylized shoot application form to determine if it's a good fit. Due to the large volume of requests we get, we cannot guarantee loaner dresses.

By partnering with Bridal Extraordinaire, you agree to allow Bridal Extraordinaire to use the photos in any way we see fit, including altering the images for social media, advertising purposes, sharing images with designers, websites and various publications.

Bridal Extraordinaire agrees to properly tag and credit all vendors from the stylized photo shoot and requires any use of the photos to be properly tagged and credited. Bridal Extraordinaire has the right to ask for the removal of any images that are used for purposes not previously agreed upon or are discouraging to our brand.

GOWN SELECTION PROCESS

We require that all gowns be fitted with the model in advance of the shoot. Additionally, we require that we have the final selection of the gowns used for the shoot. We will do our best to select multiple options that fit the theme of the shoot, but not all of our gowns will be available.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The dress and/or accessories may not be out of the store for longer than the agreed upon timeframe (including the date of drop off and pick up).
If item(s) is out of the store longer than the allotted period of time, a fee of $50 per day will be assessed.
The item(s) must be returned to Bridal Extraordinaire in the same condition upon pick-up, in which the borrower will be responsible for all cleaning costs and/or repair charges at Bridal Extraordinaire’s location of choice.
For dresses or items that are damaged beyond repair, the borrower will be responsible for the full retail cost of the gown.
Dresses that are a part of a designer trunk show or special event during the date of the shoot may not be considered for loan.
Bridal Extraordinaire, as well as the gown designer, must be referenced in any posts or publications of the shoot and given rights to the use of the images.
Bridal Extraordinaire has the right to remove all images that are used for purposes other than previously agreed upon or are discouraging to its image or brand.
